Tangshan Jiahua operates fourth coke oven
Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical in Hebei Province has started to operate its fourth coke oven this week, signifying the full operation of its coking project as part of Xuanhua Steel’s relocation plan, Kallanish notes.
The four 7-metre 60-oven coke batteries at the plant in Laoting County now have 2.4 million tonnes/year of coke capacity in total. The company intends to achieve operation at full capacity soon.
