Tangshan Ganglu readies cold rolling project for production
Tangshan Ganglu Iron & Steel Company is preparing to commission a cold rolling mill project. Hot testing has already been completed and other facilities are undergoing final adjustment. The company hopes to begin production in May, Kallanish notes.
