Tangshan Fengrun shuts down rolling mills
Tangshan city's Fengrun district in Hebei province has announced that it will strengthen production restrictions from this week to the end of May. In addition to the environmental requirements imposed by the military exercises around Jingtang Port, the 'two sessions' meetings in Beijing will be held this week.
