Tangshan enhances autumn 2019 environmental restrictions
The Tangshan government enhanced its production restrictions on 15 October because of heavy pollution. It also started the second-grade emergency response on 15 October with the restrictions now expanded to B-level steelmakers, Kallanish notes.
