Tangshan billet users restock actively at low prices
Domestic end users of Tangshan billet restocked actively last week as the May rebar contract on Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) slumped, which supported the spot market. Supply meanwhile recovered slightly as well due the end of maintenance at one blast furnace. Mills are willing to sell at the lower end of the market.
