Tangshan winter restrictions imply production increase
According to the latest version of Tangshan’s production restrictions for autumn-winter 2019-2020, the first phase from 1 October to 15 November will be stricter than for the same period of last year. The second phase from 16 November to 15 March 2020 however will see restrictions loosened significantly, Kallanish notes.
