Tang Eng changes general manager following corruption allegations
Taiwan Tang Eng Stainless Steel has appointed deputy general manager of production Cai Mingzhou as general manager. Former GM Zhang Zhongjie resigned following allegations of corruption, Kallanish notes.
Tang Eng has a 300,000 tonnes/year capacity of stainless steel flat products. Last year, it produced and sold around 200,000t of stainless steel products, with TWD 13.7 billion ($467.9 million) of operating income.
