Taiyuan city launches stricter heavy pollution reaction plan
Taiyuan, the capital city of China’s Shanxi province, launched a new stricter heavy air pollution reaction plan on 28 June, according to the government website. The stricter plan could influence domestic coking and steel production activity especially during the winter heating season, Kallanish notes.
