Taiwan’s steel trade strengthens in May

Taiwan’s May iron and steel trade value grew further in both import and export markets on a year-on-year basis, but imports fell again from a month earlier, Kallanish notes. May exports totaled $2.13 billion, posting a slight increase of 1.2% month-on-month and also rising 14.1% from a year earlier.
