Taiwan's steel use to grow in 2021, 2022
Taiwan's steel demand achieved growth in 2020 and is expected to continue to maintain a positive upward trend in 2021 and 2022, according to the Taiwan Iron and Steel Industry Association.
Kallanish learned at an online conference held by South East Asia Iron and Steel Institute (SEAISI) last Friday that Taiwan is expected to see apparent steel use of 18.73 million tonnes in 2021 and 18.92mt in 2022.
