Taiwan's scrap prices improve slowly

Taiwan's scrap import prices have climbed slowly this week, with US suppliers raising offer prices to boost the upward trend. Offers for containerised US-origin HMS 1&2 80:20 scrap were maintained at $370/tonne cfr Taiwan this week. However, indicative booking prices increased to $365/t cfr.
