Taiwan’s Mayer sets three-quarter turnover record
Taiwan’s Mayer Steel Pipe Corp posted a 29.9% year-on-year increase in turnover to TWD 4.9 billion ($176 million) in January-September, hitting a record for the nine-month period, Kallanish notes from the company’s quarterly financial report.
Nine-month net profit meanwhile surged 135% y-o-y to TWD 692.7m. In the September quarter, turnover and profit rose 12% and 10.2% respectively from the prior quarter to TWD 1.87 billion and TWD 191m.
