Taiwan’s CSC lowers August offers, June earnings up
In order to eliminate the impact of low-priced imported goods on the market and help customers cope with market fluctuations, Taiwan's China Steel Corporation (CSC) has reduced list prices of steel products in August by an average of 5.61%, Kallanish notes.
CSC adjusted offers of hot rolled plate and coil, cold rolled coil, electromagnetic steel coil, and hot dip galvanized steel for buildings down by TWD 2,000/tonne ($67/t).
