Taiwanese scrap rebounds on recovering demand

The Taiwanese scrap market has rebounded amid limited offers, and busy steel sales have also restored the confidence of steel mills. Scrap import offers have risen this week. Offers for containerised HMS 1&2 80:20 from the US West Coast recovered to $400/tonne cfr Taiwan late last week.
