Taiwanese scrap prices stabilise on tight supply

The Taiwanese scrap market has continued to see tight supply this week, but actual transaction prices remain at the level of last week. ''The supply of scrap from Japan and the United States is very limited,'' a scrap trader tells Kallanish, Japan H2 50:50 offers have increased by $5/t week-on-week to $260-265/t cfr Taiwan.
