Taiwanese scrap prices rise again
As overseas scrap prices continue to rise, Taiwanese scrap prices have been forced to follow the increase this week.
A local Taiwanese trader tells Kallanish that HMS 1&2 80:20 container scrap from the US West Coast is now traded at $245/tonne cfr Taiwan, up over $10/t compared with last week.
