Taiwanese scrap prices fall back

Taiwanese scrap market prices have fallen this week. Japanese scrap dropped especially sharply due to increased supply. In Taiwan, offers for Japanese H2 50:50 had increased rapidly in the past two weeks by at least $20/tonne, but have now fallen back to $265-270/t cfr Taiwan, from $285/t cfr last week. This is mainly due to a significant increase in availability.
