Taiwanese container scrap price falls further
The Taiwanese market for containerised scrap has continued to fall amid negative market sentiment from buyers, Kallanish notes.
Taiwanese traders say local mills booked HMS 1&2 80:20 from the US West coast on Monday this week at $280-283/tonne cfr. This is lower than transactions of $285-287/t cfr last week.
