Taiwan stainless steel offers rise in July
Taiwanese stainless steel producers continued to raise offer prices in July to reflect firm raw material prices, Kallanish notes.
Yieh United Steel (Yusco) and Tang Eng have announced they will lift their domestic sales prices for stainless 300 series hot rolled and cold rolled products by TWD 1,000/tonne ($33.4/t), the same size increase as in June. Meanwhile, export prices for these products were lifted by $30/t.
