Taiwan’s Han Tai Steel modernises rolling mill
Han Tai Iron & Steel and Italy's Pomini Long Rolling Mills have contracted to modernise the Taiwanese steelmaker's rolling mill, supplied by Pomini in the 1990s.
The existing rolling mill is equipped with 16 housing-less RedRing stands. According to Pomini, the modernisation project will add two finishing horizontal RedRing rolling stands of the same series.
