Taiwan's CSC announces March price increases
In order to build upward momentum and respond to rising pressure from raw materials, Taiwan's China Steel Corporation (CSC) announced a larger price increase in March than in February, Kallanish observes.
CSC raised quotations for most hot rolled plate and coil by TWD 1,200/tonne ($40/t). However, the price of API grade HRC will only see an increase of TWD 900/t.
