Taiwan carbon rights exchange to settle in Kaohsiung
Taiwan’s carbon rights exchange is planned to be headquartered in Kaohsiung City in southern Taiwan, Kallanish learns from an announcement given by premier Chen Chien-jen of the Executive Yuan, which is the executive branch of the region.
