Tagmet begins production of new type of pipe
TMK’s Taganrog Metallurgical Works (Tagmet) has produced a pilot batch of pipe with external upset ends commissioned by TMK’s NGS-Buzuluk, Kallanish learns from the company.
The new pipe diameter of 73mm was produced in the rolling mill where the preparation and adjustment of the new press equipment were carried out. The move has been prompted by increased demand from the oil industry.
