Synalloy sets date for hostile takeover showdown
The hostile takeover chatter between US specialty tubing producer Synalloy and two of its shareholders continues to heat up as the company sets a date for its annual meeting, Kallanish reports.
The annual meeting - at which the fate of the company will likely be decided - will be tentatively held on 30 June. Last year, it was held toward the end of May.
