Synalloy receives warning from Nasdaq
US specialty chemical and steel pipe producer Synalloy has received an expected notification from the Nasdaq trading platform that it is in non-compliance of filing requirements, the company says.
The notice concerns the company’s 10-Q for the quarter ended 30 June, Kallanish notes.
