Synalloy names new interim chief executive
US specialty tubing and chemical producer Synalloy Corporation has named a new interim president and ceo following the retirement of current chief officer Craig Bram.
Bram is slated to retire on 9 November. His leadership of the company was a major source of contention during the attempted hostile takeover of the company by a group of investors led by Privet and UPG Enterprises, as previously reported by Kallanish.
