Synalloy increases net income for fifth consecutive quarter
Illinois-based US speciality pipe and tubular producer Synalloy experienced its fifth consecutive quarter of net income growth during the second quarter.
Synalloy earned $11.1 million on sales of $116.2m during the second quarter, with the company's profits rising by 283% above the company's earnings of $2.9m on sales of $83.1m during the same period of last year. Both net sales and profit margins by Synalloy rose on-year, by 40% and 48%, respectively.
