Swiss Steel completes capital increase, Vekselberg objects
Swiss Steel Holding has successfully carried out its projected capital increase, with now around 1 billion new registered shares placed, of which some 900 million were subscribed for by existing shareholders. The offer price was set at CHF 0.24 ($0.26) per new share, in line with the company’s current listed price on the stock market, Kallanish learns.
