Andritz bags Swiss Steel walking beam furnace contract
German equipment supplier Andritz has received an order from Swiss Steel for the supply, installation, and start-up of a new walking beam furnace at the Emmenbrücke plant in Switzerland. The furnace has an output of 150 tonnes/hour for heating the continuous-cast billets.
