Swedish output improves slightly in spring
Crude steel output at Swedish mills in the first quarter was below the corresponding 2023 period, but March and April showed some increase year-on-year.
During the first three months of the year, a total of 1,108,000 tonnes of crude steel were produced in Sweden. This is a 4.4% decrease in output compared to the same period last year, Kallanish learns from Swedish steel association Jernkontoret.
