Surging prices lift miner JSW's earnings, seen unsustainable
Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW) saw surging coking coal prices significantly boost its revenue and return it to profitability in the third quarter, but current prices are not seen as sustainable.
Consolidated revenue rose 49% on-year in Q3 to PLN 2.58 billion ($622.1 million) and the firm posted net profit of PLN 267.8m versus a year-earlier loss of PLN 114.8m.
