Supply shortage spurs Indian coke AD duty review
India has initiated a mid-term review of its anti-dumping duties on imports of low ash metallurgical coke from Australia and China, Kallanish learns from the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR).
The $16.29-25.20/tonne AD duties on HS code 27040030 coke were imposed in late 2016 following an investigation petitioned for by the Indian Metallurgical Coke Manufacturers Association (see Kallanish passim).
