Sukha Balka’s iron ore production decreases in January
Iron ore output at Ukraine's Sukha Balka mine, part of DCH Steel, decreased in January, the company confirms to Kallanish.
Production amounted to 208,230 tonnes, down by 5.8% on-year and 12.2% compared to December.
In 2021, the mine increased iron ore production by 5.6% on-year to 2.7 million tonnes. In 2020 it had decreased output by 6.3% on-year to 2.55mt (see Kallanish passim).
