Subdued Kuwait rebar market attracts new suppliers
The Omani major is heard willing to supply rebar to Kuwait and will soon issue its quotes in that market. Last month, the suppliers’ executives visited traders in Bahrain but have yet to conclude deals.
Besides their domestic markets, United Arab Emirates major Emirates Steel and Saudi's Al Ittefaq are consistent suppliers in the Gulf Cooperation Council rebar market and have a strong reputation and recognition among traders and end-users.
