SunCoke secures coke sales contracts, predicts higher production
SunCoke Energy has locked up near-term spot coke sales and extended long-term contracts, Kallanish learns from the company’s fourth-quarter earnings report.
The company’s Indiana Harbor plant extended a coke contract with Cleveland-Cliffs for an additional 12 years. The company notes that it has 3.6 million tons of domestic coke contracted for 2024 to foundry and spot markets.
