Strike Resources signs Peruvian iron ore offtake contract
Australian-based company Strike Resources Limited (SRK) has signed an offtake agreement with trading company Good Importing International (GII) for all iron ore produced by its Apurimac Iron Ore Project in Peru, Kallanish notes.
The contract is for an initial two-year period and includes a $2 million prepayment for the first cargo of a minimum of 30,000 tonnes of high-grade iron ore with 65% Fe content. The shipment is expected to be realised by the end of the sec…
