Stelco joins AISI ranks
The recently reformed Stelco has joined the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), Kallanish learns from an institute release.
The former US Steel Canada mill complex in Hamilton and Nanticoke, Ontario, was approved by the institute’s board in mid- December. The institute represents about 75% of domestic North American steel mills.
