Sale of former Stefana plant suffers further delay
The new owner of the Stefana steel mill based in Montirone in Brescia, Northern Italy, will be declared on 20 June, Kallanish learns from sources close to the acquisition process. The news follows a meeting in which the two bidders, Alfa Acciai, and the recently formed Real Sider, were called to submit their last offers for the purchase of the asset. The meeting was arranged by judicial commissioner Pierfranco Aiardi.
