SteelSummit buys Magic Steel Sales
US service centre and trading firm SteelSummit Holdings of Lavergne, Tennesee, has bought Magic Steel Sales of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Financial terms of the cash purchase were not disclosed, but SteelSummit notes that Magic has an annual revenue of about $200 million. It holds service centres in the Grand Rapids and Decatur, Alabama, areas.
