G20 restrictions affect eastern China steelmakers
A round of steel production restrictions in eastern China to assure air quality during the G20 summit is helping to sustain high steel prices, Kallanish notes.
Hangzhou will hold a G20 summit over 4-6 September and restrictions are aimed at ensuring blue skies for the event.
