Steel production plunges on-year in Argentina
Crude steel production fell heavily year-on-year in Argentina in June 2016, according to national steel association Acero Argentino data monitored by Kallanish.
Production of crude steel in the sixth month was 372,400 tonnes, or -1.8% lower than in May 2016 (379,100t), and -16.2% lower compared to June 2015 (444,600t).
