Steel futures stabilise amid Wu’an output restriction rumours
Chinese rebar and hot rolled coil futures remained stable on Wednesday, while rumours about production restrictions in Wu’an, Hebei Province spread in the market. Ironmaking reductions in Yunnan due to a central government environmental inspection have also triggered market speculation on further limits, Kallanish notes.
