Steel futures stabilise as sentiment eases
Chinese rebar and HRC futures stablised a little on Monday and were waiting for further market changes. Panic in teh coal markets has subsided after thermal coal prices dropped by half in half a month, but steel market sentiment remains weak, Kallanish notes.
