Steel futures slump on declining trading
With earlier reports of sales now being confirmed and performance weak on Wednesday, Chinese rebar and hot rolled coil futures slumped sharply without support. Trading was subdued and exchanges are limiting speculation, while rumours are spreading about further tax increases, Kallanish notes.
