Steel futures rebound slightly in calm market

Chinese rebar and hot rolled coil futures rebounded slightly on Tuesday in a quiet market. The rainy season and high temperatures were still putting pressure on prices, however, and as a result the rebound only wiped out a quarter of the previous day's decline, Kallanish notes.
