Steel futures bounce back insignificantly
Chinese rebar and hot rolled coil futures closed higher on Wednesday than the prior day, Kallanish notes.
On the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the most-traded October 2023 rebar contract closed CNY 8/tonne higher than Tuesday at CNY 3,700/t ($514/t), and the same contract for HRC gained CNY 16/t to CNY 3,964/t.
