Steel dust processor Befesa acquires American Zinc Recycling
Spain-headquartered steelworks dust processor Befesa has announced the 100% acquisition of American Zinc Recycling Corp. (AZR), a US market leader in providing electric arc furnace steel dust (EAFD) recycling services. The deal is valued at $450 million.
