State fund eyes Polish welded pipemaker stake increase
The Polish Business Investment Fund (Fizan) intends to increase its shareholding in Ferrum after the welded pipemaker’s shareholders issued an invitation to subscribe for new shares.
The new shares amount to 9,425,151, or 16.28% of Ferrum’s share capital. The subscription period will be from 23 October to 6 November. The sale will take place at a price of PLN 4.39 ($1.17) per share.
