US standard pipe pricing flattens week-on-week
US standard pipe pricing appears to be level week on week, market sources tell Kallanish.
Kallanish puts A53 standard pipe at $700-720/short ton. One market source says many tube-makers are still chewing through higher-priced skelp inventory, compressing their margins. Several buy- and sell-side sources put US hot-rolled coil around the $360-380/st mark.
