Stalprodukt explores divestment, joint venture in strategic review
Stalprodukt has commenced a strategic review aimed at achieving its long-term goal of maximising shareholder value, the Polish firm says. This will include the possibility of divesting business units, as well as a strategic tie-up with a feedstock supplier, especially with one that ensures supply of steel required for high permeability (HiB) grain-oriented electrical steel production.
